THE RULES
1. Every artist paints the same word, spelled the same way- announced at the start of the battle.
2. The registered artist is the ONLY ONE who can paint on the work.
3. Art work must be complete at the end of the 5 hour battle. Incomplete work will be disqualified.
4. Artists will have 15 minutes to complete a sketch. No photo references or previously drawn sketches allowed.
5. No rollers, brushes, brush paints or stencils allowed.
6. Artists are limited to 6 cans (colors registered at check in) and 1 marker. (Plus the identical crates provided)
Any additional paint cans used must be registered colors.
7. Artists may bring their own caps and tape.
8. Art work promoting businesses or organizations will be disqualified.
9. JUDGES DECISION IS FINAL and cannot be contested by artists
10. Winner (s) announced shortly after end of time limit. Prizes awarded immediately.
11. PEOPLES CHOICE- Prizes for BEST, 2nd and PEOPLES CHOICE (PC vote held between 3:30 and 4pm)
